about

At Con Tumbao – London Salsa Dance & Musicality School, we believe salsa is more than steps – it’s groove, music, and connection. Our school is built on a unique, integrated method that bridges music and dance technique, helping dancers not only move to the rhythm, but really feel it.

We offer music-led salsa technique classes in on2 timing (contratiempo, mambo, NY style salsa) that are beginner-friendly and accessible, alongside musicality classes for more advanced dancers who want to deepen their connection to music through embodying rhythms, understanding musical layers and experimenting with musical interpretation.

Every Tuesday night ends with a social dance practice and jamming – a space to dance freely, play salsa percussion instruments to the music, and learn together. With snacks, drinks, and laughter, our community grows stronger both on and off the dance floor.

Beyond the studio, we also organise outings to live music events, celebrating salsa in its truest form: as a living, breathing expression of music, dance, and community.

Here, you don’t just learn to dance salsa — you learn to feel it, play it, and live it.
